For the past two years I’ve had a guy cut my lawn. However, last year he seriously pissed me off, more than once. So, needless to say…dipshits gotta go.
I figure, I can either hire someone else to do it, but I’m toying with the idea of doing it myself. I’m certainly not going to push mow it, as it’s almost too big of a yard to push mow and it would take over an hour. No thanks.
So, if I do it myself…I’m getting a rider. Any recommendations? I’m looking around 40" deck, maybe bigger, maybe smaller.
When looking around for a mower, look at the differences you get when looking at a “garden tractor” vs. “lawn mower”. Budget is always going to be key here too.
Creates over 7000-watts of electricity to take power wherever it is needed
46" quick-release cutting deck detaches in minutes with a simple pull of plug and 3 quick-release pins
17 MPH top speed for getting around your property faster
Fewer emissions, less noise, with more usable power than standard riding mowers
Expandable storage bed to haul tools or equipment
ATV-style shocks/frame/suspension capable of taking on tough terrain
Capable of operating up to 12 hours on a single tank of gas
Completely self-charging technology prevents the need to ever manually charge batteries
Pulls heavy loads up to 500 lbs
agree with all, but would favor a kawasaki motor, then briggs, read alot of issues with the kohler courage line (most likely found on entry level mowers). Actually I would take a honda over all of them but they are really hard to find and are a premium for sure. Tried to get mine with the honda, but very happy with my Kawasaki. Every mower dealer I went to, no matter what brand loved the kawasaki and said it was money well spent.
