anyone on here using RR lite (768) and running wireless with it?

I called them they said it was not wireless compatable… and i was like yeaa sure…

because dsl runs at speeds under 768 and wireless is decent.

let me know.

You can run wireless with a 28k modem if you want.

Just more typical Time Warner bullshit.

Pickup a wireless router, plug it into your cable modem, profit.

But, you can run wireless on anything. They prolly just don’t want to give the wireless modem with it :gotme:

I have roadrunner lite and a wireless router. Works fine. I downgraded from regular to lite a year ago hhhand never noticed a difference.

i just got roadrunner lite for $15/month for the first year. when they installed it for me, the modem i got has a built in wireless feed, so my laptop is all connected too. the install guy even set up my network for me.

Not bad for $15/month. I gotta pay the bills, and that’s good enough for me.

I just downgraded my roadrunner normal to the lite about a month ago. I noticed a small difference in speed, but nothing I consider slow, especially for the price. Also I’m running wireless with no problems.

Works just fine, they just won’t sell wireless on their end with lite though. But any wireless router would do.
