I know the snow is finally beginning to melt around here, but this may be the coolest thing I’ve seen all winter.

I don’t know my cylinders but the lines do look like air lines so I would also guess pneumatic. Could just have a air tank they fill up before a run.
^Yeah, I guess you could run a scuba tank for high volume and regulate it down to 100psi or whatever.
this thing would be useless in any more than a few inches of snow.
IDK man, that thing seems to be pushing that snow fairly easily.
I also thought at first anything more than a dusting would bugger this thing, but it does seem to do really well pushing the snow. Especially, down the sidewalk.

^Not necessarily. It really depends more on how much the unit weighs. I was plowing heavy wet snow with my Polaris Ranger a couple weeks ago when my buddy came over with his Ford Super Duty and he just plowed the snow like it was nothing and no he doesn’t have tank treads on his truck.
That unit appears to have large batteries which should give it some good mass for that size blade.
im not saying, it needs tank treads in that way.
It already drives that way, why not add treads, and make it that more Badass

the blade’s just not big enough to push the kind of snow we get around here.

Its all about weight. I have a 48"plow for my quad, quad weighs just over 600lbs dry. With fuel, myself, and plow assembly its probably closer to 850lbs. It is able to push a lot of snow.
