since we are on the topic, does anyone know how to fix the floor that the rear bolts on the front seat bolts on?

you can buy just the rocker panels i know this
as for where, im not sure, i was talking to this older guy who has the same car as me and he said he got the rocker panels then had them welded in. My friend who is a mechanic said they are cheap, usually around $100 or so in his case. Nissan when they stop making the car sells the stamping tools to another company who apparently makes these body parts and stores them and sells for cheap
oh yea, if anyone has cosmetic damage to the rockers let me know, i have a set of black “sideskirts” i had used to cover mine up…you screw them into the rear wheelwell, into the rockerpanel from underneath and tuck the front pieces into the mudflap molding. They protect and cover the rockerpanel, good if you want to like, cover them up and protect them from sand or rain spray…i took them to replace them with a different set from a 2004 SIR
They arent perfect but they dont look bad and their better than lookin at rust!
I dont want very much for them either

it’ll help a bit, your side skirts, but the water comes from the top… at the corner of the doors
it runs down to the bottom where the water settles there…
that’s why it rust… the cause is from there, not as much from the outer elements the rockers face.

like i said, i’m waiting…my buddies are body guys, and i work for a parts company and have yet to EVER see a set sold to the aftermarket, thru anyone of the crash books I USE, or thru any of the dozen shops i deal with on a daily basic
ok, we’re shooting for 125$ a set or $75 each.
let me know if these pries are ok…i’m sure we can get them lower…

When I removed the quarter panels from my 92 s13 I noticed a distinct lack of inner rocker panel,
These will be thicker/stronger than stock?
how much would we be looking at for install costs? for those of us without welders…anyone have any idea how much they usually charge for this?
That sounds ok I think. I just need to know when these are gonna be ready and where I can get them installed.

would I still need rockers if I put a body kit to my car? My rockers(backside) is really rusted.

it’ll be happening soon, i’m just trying to deal with some “minor” car issues i’ve been havign for a week or so.

I’m pretty sure you will need to either A… Install them yourself or B… Get a body shop to do it for you.
This is just a buy for the rockers I believe… not a buy plus installation…
is it hard to install ourselves? … maybe we could all go to some shop for an install and get somekind of discount
