My mom got this in an email today and forwarded it to me.
It seems my dad might have downloaded GTA San Andreas, and they found out somehow.
Here is the mail from Rogers: (I have obviously removed the IP numbers.)

ESA is authorized to act on behalf of ESA members whose copyright and other intellectual property rights it believes to be infringed as described herein.
