First off, My camera is the SUCK and it was getting dark so the pictures are not great.
Was down in Daytona working the Nascar race and had a chance to check out the Grand Am cars. It was nice to see some real road racing and not all left hand turns for a change.

Actually. it depends on the car. Obviously, the teams want to have as quick of a pit stops as possible, but most of the time the driver change is the slowest part. The Daytona Prototype Grand Am cars use a single large nut, while the porsche Cup classes use traditional style 5 lug setup. They do pre apply lug nuts to the wheels with adhesive, just like in NASCAR.
