Word over on RPA is you may wanna bring your drag car to this one (THIS is suppose to be the corvette course not last weeks). So in other words I’ll be there with my 100hp of fury :burnout:
Edit: This will be the last NHSCC event at North Park for the spring! Then the pool will open so events (at North Park anyways) won’t happen again till the fall. Steel Cities SCCA will still be running at beaverun over the summer!
Last weeks was nutty… CS miata cleaning up???
Thats Chris Kirham’s car. To be honest he’s been cleaning up most the events since the year started. Good driver + setup stock Miata on race tires = deadly. Watch him drive closer and you can see why he’s so fast.
x2. Kirham’s driving out of his mind right now. I remember late last season he would put together a couple nice runs but this year he is just rediculous! He is doing VERY well and it seems like he just came out of nowhere.

I heard from a few people that areas around NP got soaked, but yea we got lucky and had a awesome weather. Results aren’t up but the pictures are.

And a video of the “drag start” we had. Someone actaully had a radar gun, my civic was clocked at 53 mph before braking, a C6 vette and two well modded EVO’s were well above 60 at the end of the starting straight. (vid is shot from a supercharged miata)
