I don’t need a new roof.
What I need is for someone to come by and estimate the age of my roof.
Back story: When we purchased our home in 2010 we were told that the roof as done in 2002. It certainly looks 8-12 years old. Still in great shape. However our insurance company sent us a letter saying that the last permit filed for a roof was in 1995. Personally I don’t think this looks 20 years old. The insurance company requires a contractor estimate the age of the roof, take color photos and a signed statement from a contractor estimating the age.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a licensed contractor who can help me out?
Thanks!
