I really would prefer someone I am friends with/know so…Jim you would be perfect…June 28th you can start moving in lol…btw I just talked to the landlord and he is going to re-due part of the bathroom so that is always a plus 
I would love nothing more, but I have a decent place with use of the driveway and garage. To me, it’s worth the extra rent. But I’ll ask jen if she’d move to the states!
