Figure I might as well give the NYSpeeder’s first shot at this.
I currently will have a room opening up very soon, and need a roommate by early Feburary/late January for the place formerly dubbed the “Cubbyhole” which a lot of people might be familiar with.
Stats:
-Located near the Walden Galleria, easy access to the I-90 & 33
-Room is nice 11’ x 12’
-Upper floor
-Walk in closet with a huge storage cubbyhole in the corner that can hold even more awesome crap!
-Stove, and fridge in the kitchen.
-Free reign of my projector when I’m not using it. (That’s right 48", 60" HD whatever it ain’t shit.)
-Street parking
-Several other very large storage cubbys to hold even more stuff.
Looking to fill this in the next two to 3 weeks. If you are a huge nerd it would probably be a plus. References would be nice as well if I don’t know you.
