Add to that whatever they make in food and drink, merchandise, or their guaranteed 2 preseason games or any postseason games they might have. Anyway you look at it, the Steelers are bringing in some major bank, and who knows what they are doing for local businesses, hotels, and other establishments. They should now be breaking even sometime this year and begin actually making money on the investment based on what the local economy is getting because of the games.
Gee, I wish the city, county and state were interested in helping other business people make money. It would have been nice to have modernized the steel mills, revitalized the steel industry, etc. instead of tearing them down and loosing all those jobs. I would like to have the city build me a car collectors museum. I’m sure I could create soom jobs too.
