Had a 04 Acura RSX Type-S. had it back from the body shop for 3 days from getting fixed. See previews post for details. Anyways as i was heading to school. Some stupid bitch in a white escalade ran a red light going at least 75mph if not faster. T-boned me so dam hard the car looks like a horse shoe. The ladys husband gets out of the truck runs over to me cussing me out. saying how i should have been paying attention trying to start a fight with me when it was his stupid ass wife that ran the red light and smashed into me. The truck came out of the middle of no where my light was green 3 cars in front of me when and i was the 1 that got smashed. I just dont get people in pittsburgh they are the 1 that cause the accident and try to start a fight.

I see both ends of the spectrum, It can happen. I’ve seen cars sheared in half and the patient is self extricated.
My accident was less that speed and I got the hell knocked out of me. Was on the ground for a few minutes till I could breathe again. If some dude wanted to fight me in that state I would def not be able to defend myself. What are these people thinking…
Typically, people that want to fight after something like this know that they are wrong and simply want to prove their “manhood” is not being challenged despite the fact that numerous people just saw that they are, in fact, wrong.

Normally I’m not one to promote lawsuits, but because of his attitude, I’d say go after them for everything you can, that way it will be a bigger claim, and their rates will go up more.
If the guy was a normal human being and said “are you ok? Sorry about this…bla bla bla” I would say to just get your shit taken care of, and move on, but since he was such a douche, you should get as much money as possible for pain and suffering, time off from work, vehicle repair, rental car, chiropractor visits, etc etc. People like that need to calm down and get a life.
its tough to really say though. i was t-boned by a tractor trailer on 79, going atleast 65. i was hit right behind my driver side door, on the ext cab and i walked away. granted it was winter time so the roads were slick but it was also a tractor-trailer, anyway you look at it. you never know.

I wrecked a car at 90MPH in my younger, stupider days…looking at it, you’d never have expected anyone to have walked out of it.
I literally just hopped out of the car. I had a mild concussion, a stiff neck and back, and that was it.

Yea i dont like lawsuit`s either. But i got no health insurance so i got to.plus the guy was a total ass hole when he came to my car. I am going to try to get something out of this.
