Glad you’re ok, it could have been worse.
Normally I’m not one to promote lawsuits, but because of his attitude, I’d say go after them for everything you can, that way it will be a bigger claim, and their rates will go up more.
If the guy was a normal human being and said “are you ok? Sorry about this…bla bla bla” I would say to just get your shit taken care of, and move on, but since he was such a douche, you should get as much money as possible for pain and suffering, time off from work, vehicle repair, rental car, chiropractor visits, etc etc. People like that need to calm down and get a life.
