Yeah i drove through it at 3am this morning …wasn’t bad then. I took the scenic route home tho…wasn’t tryin to sit in traffic
go behind the heinz plants, the road tha follows along the river, it takes u straigth to 31st street bridge, bypass all of the construction!
was finishing up this morning but im sure they will be doing other lanes
If traffic is bad and I’m going downtown from Millvale, I take 40th st bridge to penn ave and go all the way down without traffic a minimal stops.
