It is funny you say that because I have been a Porsche guy for many, many years and Porsche guys crinch whenever they make even a slight change in the looks of the 911.
That is the beauty of the car, NOT ONE other car has retained its looks like the 911 has.
It has a cult following.
Most long time Porsche guys disliked the 996, I think that is why it changed.
