rush: it's the people who exercise that cost us..

I once heard him lay the blame on people who get robbed, because it’s their fault for carrying money on them when they’re out and about. That was a random 30 second snippit I just happened to hear while in someone’s car.

He’s a moron. And the problem with “taking what he “sais” with a grain of salt”, is that the people who listen to him religiously really buy into every fucking idea this guy has.

The same can be said for Obama lmfao.

The thing with Rush is he does bring up points that the mainstream media does not mention. He brings up the points and stories that the peole in power don’t want you to hear. THAT is why I listen to him. He bashes she shit out of both republicans and democrats.

Well then next time he makes a really good point you should post a link to his quote.

GOOD THING I DO NOT EXERCISE

not the mainstream liberal media again!!!

LOL, the mainstream liberal media. Fox News has more people watching it than MSNBC and CNN. Rush is the most listened to radio show. O’Reilly and Hannity reach a hell of a lot more people than Olbermann. Liberal media my ass.

:mamoru: word of god no. entertaining yes. it is possible that 40% listens to rush and 60% votes dem but that is because 40% of america is conservative. 35% is moderate and 21% is liberal. whoever wins that moderate population has the majority, and rush is not moderate.

We noticed. :stuck_out_tongue:

Rush condemns the moderates on the Republican side and pushes them to the liberals. How many moderate Republicans are left in national office? The 2 senators from Maine?

it’s funny to think that an am radio talk show host has so much power. then again reps are a bunch of uneducated redneck pysos right? :banghead:

JUAT?

If you want to get in how it actually goes down, it’s something like this.
Rush, Hannity, O’Reilly, etc. turn on the super-conservative base. They go out in Republican primaries, and vote for the super conservative candidates. They also pressure their existing Republican moderate reps to vote hard-line conservative.
As the party moves further and further to the right, moderates feel it no longer represents them. They defect to become independents or moderate Democrats. That pushes the remaining republicans to the right by default.

Look at Specter. He was going to get his ass handed to him in a Republican primary because he was a centrist in a centrist state, and everyone left in the Republican party in that state is way conservative. Now he’s going to coast to re-election just by changing the letter after his name.

LOL STEVE :nono:

Actually a republican radio host got water boarded and only lasted 6 seconds. He drowned (not to his death obviously) and compared it to that feeling. he said that he didn’t think anything of it but after having it done to him he said “I hate to say this but it is indeed torture. I would say anything to make it stop.”

lol, Mancow is such a hack. O&A used to bust on him so hard.

Someone who thought it was a joke tried it out and got a wake up call.

I still don’t understand why anyone listens to that man. He could not be any more full of shit, even after continuously spewing it out of his mouth.

He bashes the shit out of anyone that doesn’t believe in his perspective 100%. He told a guy that was against the Iraq war that he was not a real republican, he told a WWII vet that he was a moron because he said he did not want our country to torture.

He calls Obama the messiah yet believes he is all knowing.

With Rush its simple, if you don’t follow his party line then you are not in the party.

I’ve decided to refer to fat people as “being on the rush diet to help the economy”

Would that be a pain pill and bull shit diet?
