And from the look of the video they have evil flashlights on them too!
It’s funny Russia saying it was some new attack from America.
Maybe this will get the cold war fired back up and the DoD can keep its funding
It broke into at least 30 pieces upon entry. It should limited to 7 pieces at max.
Cuomo talking about a meteor safe act tonight at 7.
sounds like tony stark’s jericho missile.
conspiracy!
well i’m looking at the NASA tv live feed and it’s passing within the satellite ring but they’re confident it won’t collide with any known satellites.
Speaking of cold war anyone watching that new FX show the americans? Shit is legit so far.
No but it looked interesting… Worth checking out?
I watched the first 2 episodes so far and am interested. I dig it.
Aye, it’s definitely surpassed my expectations so far. Though it’s not as good, it has a drama/intensity similar to the first season of Breaking Bad imo. FX has been on a roll with the shows they’ve been releasing lately (DISCLAIMER: Brand X and Totally Biased don’t count).
Downloading episodes 1-3 now.
Let me know what you think. I don’t watch much TV so I might have a horrible judgement of what is good.
I caught the first episode, but then my DVR stopped recording them and I never fixed it.
Yes it can, this one came within the orbits of several satellites. However it missed them all. A larger issue is space junk floating around up there playing galactic pin ball with our man-made orbiting bodies. We have Russia to thank for a good amount of that.
I heard a meteor exploded over Cuba too. Any info?

this is a scary thought that they were predicting a meteor coming close like a few hours before one actually hit us…
there is no excuse for not knowing about the one that hit russia today… some nerd heads gonna roll for that shit.
No idea, but again it’s a relatively common occurrence. Homes, cars, livestock, even people get hit by these things every year.
The Russian one was just a tad larger so it survived a lot longer through our atmosphere.
There are literally millions of these things out there and we only really track the “big” ones that could potentially do “big” damage. It’s not surprising that this one over Russia was missed.
It’s also important to point out that humans only populate a small percentage of our planets surface. The only reason we know about this is because it happened in a well-populated area… and Russian automotive corruption gives us so many dash cam videos, lol.
Anyone ever see Melancholia?
