With confirming the BAC posted I saw the police are now saying speed was between 132 and 140.
So we have.
BAC of .196
132-140 in a 55mph zone
At night
With a passenger
That’s a lot of fail.

I would love to know how they come up with those numbers. He was probably doing more like 175mph but had been on the brakes for 1 or 2 seconds before actually crashing. Just sayin. I guess we will never know.
Alcohol slowed reaction time + 200 feet per second = bad things
We’re talking about a guy here who has done some incredibly stupid stuff, and made millions in the process…there shouldn’t really be any surprises here that this was the way it ended for him.
THIS
how many of you drive say…two, three, four times the posted limit?? not regularly, but have at some point in time. now, regardless of alcohol levels in the blood, speeds like that can result in an accident killing yourself and anyone in the car, anyone driving by, anyone walking by, etc. suuuuurreeee you can all talk shit about the guy driving drunk, but driving at excess speeds is dangerous and just as stupid. so, one of these days, you’re booting along(were on a car forum, dont even deny the occasional pull), and you blast a fucking deer that goes through your windshield killing you and your hypothetical passenger. should everyone sit around saying oh well fuck, what do you expect at speeds like that, hes dead and he deserved it. no.
cut the guy some slack. hes dead. were humans. we make mistakes. were supposed to learn from mistakes of ourselves and others. im not condoning driving impaired, im just saying a bad call in judgement is the same regardless of what you do. the repercussions are what vary though. he drove drunk. he drove fast. it ended with him and his friend dying. it could have ended with him getting pulled over and ticketed for many things. would everyone wish death upon him if he were to have been pulled over and ticketed?
if this was his first then I cut him slack… second time not so much. Nobody is wishing this on him…
Sorry, no slack for doing 130+ at night DRUNK off your ass. If it was just the speeding fine, we’ve all gone too fast, but doing it at almost .2 is gross negligence and I’m sure almost everyone here can say they’ve never been that stupid.
And yes, if he was pulled over doing 140 drunk I’d be wishing it had ended up just like this. I’ve seen too many INNOCENT people killed by careless drunk assholes.
Part of my wants to say, “good, he was drunk and being a retard, he got what he deserved”, but i chose to go with this one:
Because awesome people make bad decisions and bad decisions, no matter how bad, don’t overrule all the other awesome in someones life.
I feel bad for the friends and family that their son died dishonourably and that they have to live with that and the fact atht everyone in the world knows how it happened.
But the primary reason i chose to feel that way is because it could happen to any of us… maybe not the drunk 140mph in a GT Porsche, but a similar demise under relatively similar circumstances and i’d like to think people would remember the good and not the last little bit of bad
Well said Bing.
There has been a lot of this going on lately. Really sad stuff.
I don’t like when anyone dies, for any reason. Whether they’re my worst enemy or best friend. Sucks.
I wouldn’t wish death on no body, cuz they’re ain’t no coming back!
there.
lol doesn’t he cry in every movie?
Meh, people die all the time, people I don’t even know died, die.
Obviously if it’s someone I know, it sucks.
If it’s someone I don’t know, but impacts my life somehow, it sucks.
If it’s someone I don’t know and has no impact on my life, I do not care.
its easy to flame people on the internet, but like Newman said, I dont wish death on anybody. I dont know how the reporter didnt give him a hug or anything, so much for being a human being. The interview reminded me of the Chappelle Show Jedi molestation interview with Darth Vader when he breaks down and Chappelle playing the reporter keeps whipsering “keep rolling”.
Either way Dunn was hiliarious and he made me laugh many times, RIP and I hope you enjoyed the ride because in the end you only get one time around.
He’s wrecked a bunch of cars. He flipped a car 8 times with all the CKY band members way back in the day.
