oh ya, he wants 1700, HAHA. ill offer 1000, or if he wants 1200

dont

not worth it, not even for 1000. i bet you could find a newer one for that price.

ok, thanks guys. ill keep looking. if you can find me something like this, cheap and 4x4 preferably, let me know.

2.8=poop def stay away

~75k is when that tranny will shit itself too. I had 3 of them go within 5k of 75k miles in a row.

for sure, oil leaks and no power.

there was a 93 short bed s10, 4.3l, stick, 4wd, 120kish, body wasn’t bad, underside was better than that one and it was $800. I was going to buy it for the drivetrain for my samurai, but i passed.

I once was a proud owner of a 83 s-10, no power steering, no power brakes, 4 speed, and rubber floors. I believe it was the ZR2 b/c it had black fender flairs. It had the mighty 2.8 and was the single wheel burnout king. I never had a problem with the engine at all and it had 107000 miles on it…for what it was and I only paid 600 american for it I thought it served its purpose.

:bowrofl: that was a sweet machine, but for the prce it was well worth it. this one he is lookin at doesnt seem too bad tho. maybe for $1000 might not be bad, but u can maybe find a newer one.
