i only seen the car once and for like 20 mins. i will be putting the dohc into 1990. and i am looking for advice. and will a dohc auto motor bolt up with a sohc transmission? can a s14 dash fit in a s13? and can i use the dash cluster if i swap motor and ecu,
in my opinion i think you should NOT do this, and reconsider it
if you’re talking about zenki front end on a hatch, i think it looks like shit and would just be a big time waster
(kouki on coupe is a different story but i assume you have a zenki)
i think thats the front end. looks like it as far as i remember. its going on a limo tinted black hatch, the front end is green but i will paint it black…
why dont you just drive the s14, is it driveable?

cause i dont like them. the rear ends are not my style. ill sell this car for 500$ but i want the front end motor and possibly some other things. will be a rolling chassis. car is auto. rear end has damage but can be fixed with a parts cars rear. pics will be up tommorow. first come first serve. the car is green

Regardless of what the majority has been saying I don’t think the Zenki front end on the s13 will look that bad.
It’s different then everyone elses car, there for go for it man,but make sure you install the zenki usdm lip,side skirts and rear valances on it to even the body lines out.

Go S15!with the hatch. See Drifter X and Drifter XL Signal cars for the look. Overall it is just more badass IMO. They looked ace in person too until Kuroi crashed the XL at DX2. Back in the day lol.
i am a fan of the pop ups. hands down but keep this in mind she is the winter beater. and i have this car. so its either i put this front end on or i dont. only 2 options. lol

You’d have to make some custom headlight brackets with the S13 upper rad support…not sure about the hood latch location if you stick with the S13 upper rad support.
Its not that hard to swap out the upper rad support and tack in the S14 one, just takes some time/patience to drill out all the spot welds on both cars.
If you use the S14 upper rad support use the S14 hood hinges, just move the hinge back towards the glass and use one bolt to hold it to the chassis
thats the easy stuff.
blending the two fenders together was a bitch because i wanted it to look perfect and smooth as if the car came like that. This imo was the best way to cut and blend the two fenders to retain as best of a fit and blend of the two completely different fenders. Much easier said than done…perfectly. i didn’t want mountains and valleys going accross and down my fenders if you know what i mean.
