can i run s13 cams in a s14 ? and what are the differences
The s13 intake cam is slightly more agressive, i am pretty sure S13 cam’s will work in S14’s
The exhaust is the same and will work 100% the intake should work fine as well

Aggressive as in the duration being longer (more time for air to enter the cylinder) and valve moving dropping down a little farther (again allows more air to enter the cylinder).
The S14 Blacktop has a Advertised Duration of 248°/248° for intake/exhaust. The S13 Redtop has a Advertised Duration of 256°/248° for intake/exhaust. The duration will be slightly longer and thus allows more air in and should result in a slight power increase (dont expect 20 hp from it…)
