S13 window regulator HELP

hey guys

i have a coupe with power windows(passenger side), my regulator metal wire snaped, so my window wont roll back up, and the wire is tangled up in a bundle by the gear now.

so i went to the junkyard and saw a s13 hatch back with power windows

just wondering if the internals are identical?

they are the same, hatch and coupe doors are interchangeable.
but its a mish to try to get the inside stuff out and replace it, its so much more easyer to just replace the door…bu to keep your same color is the question

i think i will pulls the guts out of that door in the junkyard and put it in my door. the guts is not too hard to be sergically removed and stiched back.

No need to replace the door…its very strait forward to change the regulator inside the door. Just take out the glass 1st and then remove the regulator.

Do the same to your car then put the glass in last and just a tip angle the front of the glass down into the door then slide the back of it in. I worked at an auto glass shop and have done it to my drivers door once.
