s14 v.s. s13 stock injectors KA24DE??

Are they the same impedance?

I got a s14 upper intake manifold on my KA24DE and it starts for 5 sec and dies clutch in or out pedal in or out.

Then it does not start again…

s14 motor, s14 upper intake manifold, s13 lower manifold, s14 motor, s13 harness, s13 ecu

I swapped the 2 sensors on the s14 upper to s13’s

Im not sure what the problem is?

Any imput?

S14 Block and Head, S14 Upper Intake Manifold, S13 Lower Intake Manifold, S13 Dizzy all on a S13 Harness and ECU.

Should work the only thing I can think of is the Injectors may have some
different Impediance or heck who knows they may have a different CC?

One thing I would change though is the Termo Sensor.

Apearantly they are different between the S13 and S14.

That would result in 1. A wrong Cluster Reading and 2. A wrong Cold Start Reading.

Your ECU may think it’s colder than it is and dump in more fuel than is needed.

i have changed the only 2 sensors on the upper intake manifold to s13 units

i will read the net for the injector issue

Maurice is running s14 engine with s13 ecu and harness. We didn’t even change manifolds. We just ran fpr with single vacuum hose to lower plenum and let those connectors that run solinoids on back of head chill there.

My understanding is injectors are the same, otherwords maurices engine would not be running.
