well, there is a way around it, but it would cost more than the S15 is worth to bring it to canada and make it street legal.
as for the must-13, Japanese tuners LOVE USDM cars, theres a rising demand for corvettes and mustangs there, not to mention cadillacs and other USDM cars. its like how we like JDM cars, they love USDM cars
