I’m no way interested in doing this myself … I’m just curious about the possibilities
So I’ve been reading on Google, and like the millions of open tabs in mozzila about different Conversions and hybrids that people have apparently seen or made … but theres lacking in much hard evidence …
Theres pretty much the rear quarters of a s15 and all the other parts available to do a Body Conversion has anyone got any pics or any info on projects like these?
the craziest thing I read Was that there was apparently a car with s13 front s14 middle and s15 rear end … the guy apparently seen it in HPI magazine…
… i don’t even know what the point of that would be
I obviously know about the front end swaps and make trucks and shit out of hatches and stuff… but What other Crazy things have you guys seen done to the S Chassis Platform
i think the “crazier” you go the dumber it looks
i mean, there’s a lot of 13.4, 13.5, 14.3, 14.3 bla bla bla, but IMO you get the best results when you do your best with what you have.
if i really have to pick something though, this might be the craziest ive seen (that still looks decent at least…)
i know about unibody, but theres still people out there that will still make some crazy shit

that g35/s13/350z is definetly different it looks pretty good apart from the fitment of hte front… some custom approach to the top of the fenders and hood could be in order… still pretty good job
S15 conversion is nice. He probably will end up making a killing off the car from movie and tv work, promo,etc. Pretty cool stuff. I think if he’s putting in that much work, he might as well do a RHD conversion too to finish it up proper.
Let’s all. Be happy that we don’t have to spend that kind of time and money to have an S-chasis.
Not to sound like a Fan boy… But I relly really really want a S15 as a DD… Stock aero slammed… How many more years till I have too spend 20G too get one???
To me, s13’s ugliest POV is from the front. The pop ups are ugly, and brick lights are ugly as fuck. IMO, coupes and silvia’s aren’t worth a glance… Boxy ugly as fuck cars.
But, every other part of a hatch is
sexy, nice lines and hot curves. 240 hatch
tails are… Meh, but type-x tail lights
I find to be one of the nicest in history, so that’s an easy
fix.
180 body, taillights, with an s15 front s15 headlights are
by far the sexiest in the series looks so hot as it’s got the best of all
worlds… 2nd sexiest IMO, only to a full s15… Which is on my list of 3 cars I would own for under 90 grand.
What’s ugly about pop ups? Back in the day, it wasn’t a sports car without pop ups, 2 doors, and rwd. Ferrari and Lambourghini are two exotic manufacturer’s that were putting pop up lights on their cars. It was a sign of the times and I don’t think it was an ugly one eitheir.
