I’d consider high 11’s a high performance/drag car. Especially a small rwd car you’re talking about FI’in. I’m just amused as to how upset you are that your monster miata doesn’t make a good DD in pgh. Thats what happens when you drop a CORVETTE motor in a MIATA.
