make a fake bill of sale on your computer so that you can change the date all the time…
temp plate it for 4 months, every time you do it you take the bill of sale to a different DMV… there should be 5-6 near you… then you can start going back and using the same place twice, they wont remember you and who cares if they do… they cant prove shit.
you then can use the 407 for free, and you can get outta parking tickets, and bump people in parking lots all day long and no one can write your plate

They can still write down the temp number, you have to give your address at the MTO. They’ll find you. And you still need insurance - a lot of companies require you to fax them a safety.

got out and looked at the car, i just tapped his lisence plate.
i got back in my car and he came and knocked on my window.
