P.S - its a temp fix for these wheels because they blow dick. Although my next wheels will probably be black. I hate “ballin” sc’s. It’s not a pricey car, attempting to make it look pricey is cheesy. I’d rather it look dirty fresh
Took the car to the NYSpeed Spring BBQ, had lots of fun, hit the burnout pit and hung out with some cool dudes.
On the way home my low oil light came on so I pulled into a car wash and checked the oil. Everything seemed to be fine as well as the oil pressure. Upon further inspection I came to find that I had rubbed through the engine harness that runs through the drivers side wheel well. None of the wires broke but I may have grounded out some things. After about an hour or so of temporary electrical tape wrapping and adjusting the ride height in the front to just make it home we finally bump started the car due to the starter not working.
Yesterday I spent the majority of the day repairing the wires one by one. Then I re wrapped all of them and started to relocate them up in the fender above the wheel well. I also rubbed through the cord for the hood latch which was keeping the hood from shutting. Fixed that. Now all that’s left to do is solve my starter problem. Started with the fuses and relays last night until we got rained out.

Joe you are a fucking boss! I’m glad you didn’t sell it you always take good care of your cars looks good lowered too! Glad you sorted out the issues you were having this is probably the most fucking awesome car I’ve eye humped ever! Just saying
I love sc’s, i would hav gotten one, but i didn’t want to deal with a rwd car in the winter, so i got an es. Sounds stupid i know but when you are 16, paying for your own car insurance and gas and looking for a lexus, the es fits the bill perfectly

Car went to a new owner in NYC. Offered me a nice lump of cash, flew in the next morning and bought it. I have a sr coupe now. dftsilvia I do drift my coupe. Although I’m not the best but I do all the time and I’m progressing :).
It’s a 240sx, they’re cheap. Why wouldn’t I? Even with the Lexus, it never stopped me. I’ll post up a thread for my coupe soon. I think you’d enjoy it.
