I still need to get new seat belts before I can race!!! I won’t be out till next weekend.
lol…ill keep it at a nice pace no crazy shit lol…is it gonna rain tho??
i make it rain…
hey pat you think we can get a friendly run in ?
If it’s anything like last year’s “last day open for the season” I’ll wait a few weeks. There were something like 300 cars there so about 2 hours between runs.
X…
 Nice day today. It was hot, everyone was running 3 - 4 mph slower than last year, but what do you expect in 85 degree weather. Lots of nice cars, lots of passes, and fun time! Track prep was great today IMO.

I’m uploading pics now. Might not be done before UFC
I hopefully just bent some push rods, I over rev’d the shit out of my car.
My only fatality was on the way there, my shifter bushing popped off and I got stuck in 2nd gear. Luckily the caravan of people had tools, so it as a quick fix. I finally remember how to launch FWD again. My first race against johnny I dumped it at 5k, thinking it was my STi… I am pretty sure I stayed at the tree for a few seconds before I started to move, haha. Only took one mistake to remember it was not AWD!
RIP
SS two, 10bolts zero
lol and in two consecutive trips none the less…
2 down, hundreds of thousands to go.
anyone going tomarrow (well today now actually) I will be heading up, hopefully the weather is on my side
Doubt ill be making it now…a compatibility issue with my new parts are preventing me from making it
Any times??
Nothing too good, everyone was down from what they were last year by a few mph. 85 degree weather sucks! Of the 5 or 6 people that I was with, 3 - 4 mph was about the average they were down. Still decent times though, I was cutting 2.1’s with my Falken Ziex-ZE 512s. I ended up going 13.4 @ 111, 13.0 @ 117, 13.3 @ 107, 12.9 @ 116 and 12.9 @ 118.
For the record, my 111 and 107 passes I missed 4th gear. I am not THAT inconsistent in my driving, hah.
ET’s were awful, but I went knowing that. I ordered my slicks too late, so they won’t be here until Tuesday, so I was just practicing my power shifts and seeing traps and R/T’s. It was nice to know its back-halfing decent though! I was going 91 and 92 every time in the 1/8th, and picking up 26 - 27 mph in the back-half. It will be much nicer when I an get my 8.6 1/8th times down with a good tire!
Fun day
