Saxon's B8 S4

APR or GIAC?

EPL, doing something a bit different than the norm and every car that ive been in that he has tuned has been silky smooth and made great power. not to mention i will have a cable i can flash back to 100% stock if needed for a dealer visit

installed the ohlins coilovers today !

all i can say is WOW!!

PICS NAO

it doesnt look any different, i set the coilovers to the recommended height which just happened to be the same height the h&r springs were at!

i do plan on lowering it a bit more once the summer comes

installed the pulley this past weekend, slight improvement in low end power but of course the factory ecu does a good job of keeping it all in check

the install was pretty easy and for $225 including the removal tool i would say its a no brainer if you dont plan on going with giac or apr (they charge the same amount just for the removal tool lol)

I read your review over on AZ. Look forward to hearing about how your tuning goes/results

thanks, most likely sending the ecu out tomorrow or early next week

Sent the ecu out today, should have it back Thursday and be able to throw it on the dyno next week sometime

Sweet!!! any guess on what it should put down?

X…

Most likely the same as all the other stage 2 tunes. I will be happy with 70whp gain on the mustang

Scheduling dyno day for next week as well as getting some logs that people on the forums are asking about

time for recaro baby seat

Nice looking car man! Great choice on the suspension as well.

Thanks, she’s not quite big enough yet

Thanks!

Love what you have done with the car. Going to need some vids when you get that ECU back!

Received the ecu today, to be honest it was very ready to remove and then reinstall

Only have a couple miles on it so far, not fully adapted but it feels much more powerful in the midrange. I have had a chance to do a pull to redline yet.

Plan on doing a full write up with dyno sheets and logs in the upcoming weeks

put the m510’s on today. 19x9.5 and the summer tires weigh 50#, my winter 18x8 with winter tires weighed 42#. i think i might bring the winter setup for any 1/4 mile runs this summer
