i dont know too much about it since i got it from an auction. it was a theft recovery where they stole the headlights, bumper, and wheels. It does run beautifully, but I havent driven the thing yet b/c of the wrong wheel and it has no battery. hopefully this weekend i can take it for a spin and see how it rides.
Unfortunately by the time i get the title and register the thing, it will be the spring, so i’ll have to really test it out then.
Whatever you decide to do for brake rotors, double check to make sure you get the right hat size.
My A6 uses the same size rotors but they come in 16.5mm and 22.7mm hat sizes. Not sure if the S4’s are the same way, but you definitely want to check on it.
yea … S4 is pretty narrowed down for most of their things i’ve seen.not too much guessing when going OEM. aftermarket, well thats a different beast.
wheel spacer? thats the inner part of the rotor … and it fell out with the wheel. luckily (i guess) it happened to both sides in the front, so i dont have to toss 1 good. replace both and be done with them. and hopefully this was the cause of the ABS light i have on in the car!
