a girl i work with had a saab and traded it in with 98k on it. she said it was falling apart fast and that was why she was gettin rid of it. i drove it home from pittsburgh to detail it for her and i thought something was going to fall apart from all the sqeaks and other misc. noises it made. i think it was a '99 or '00

My mother has a 2002 9-3 Convertible with a 5 speed, with 98.5k on it. Runs like a top, and has very little problems. Hmmmm?
