Anyone have a hooking up on shipping.?

I bought a bumper.
Guy wants me to schedule a pick up from his place of employment’s shipping department.

UPS wants roughly 160 to pick up and ship the bumper.
Anywhere else wants an account with them to schedule a package pickup.

He refuses to drop it off anywhere to ship it.

He has a shipping dept at his work, yet he refuses to work something out? What a dick. Is that the only bumper in the country?
