i raced one in the caddy on the highway near baltimore 2 months ago. Sounded badass it was fast but not OMG fast and it bottomed out and sparked a lil when we hit a dip in the road at 100+
The R8 is super hot, it was cool to see it rip in Ironman.
However, it should be noted just how sick the new Mercedes AMG wagon is, at least in terms of pure speed/acceleration.
Mercedes’s seven-passenger station wagon will outaccelerate the R8 all the way to its 155-mph governor.
