sorry for posting in the wrong section…didnt know where to put it. but im interested to see how the pontiacs run in the show. first time someone has used a pontiac solstice, better yet many of them for a race.
They should run just fine. Solstices are direct competition for the Mazda MX-5, and they have been holding their own in auto-x, and they did well at the SCCA Runoffs (Road Racing). Some guy named Rhys Millen drifts one in Formula D and he seems to be doing ok.
Since everyone is using the same car, I think the performance will be fine. I’m waiting to see how much of the suspension they change or if it’s just stock cars and general maintenance.

Yeah, it’s not like they raced the Solstice in SCCA’s Showroom Stock B and won in the 2006 runoffs or anything :rolleyes:

i was sad to see him leave the WRC for formula D but i see why he did it. the show looks cool. i’ll have to set the DVR for it.

Does anyone have the ability to record these to DVD? I do not have speed and would love to see this show.
