I’m not one to speculate, but if I had to bet it would be arson. That street and our business has been plagued by it for years. But like i said thats pure speculation.

But… No offense, it’s Black Rock. And I think of it as forest fires… They burn down the decayed to allow new life to flourish. Hopefully, as Niagara Lubricants is a long serving local company, they will rebuild and be a much better facility. I mean how many windows boarded up, and walls tagged with paint before you can not even recognize a business from a run down warehouse. Standing ruins from Buffalo’s industrial age.

No offense dude, but go fuck yourself. There is nothing entertaining about an almost 100 year old business going up in flames, and almost 3 dozen people losing there livelihoods. I’ve worked at niagara lubricants since highschool, I am second generation and a number of my family including myself just lost everything. Not to mention the founders family who has been there for 5 generations, or the 30 some other people who worked there. We are a grease factory. There is 20,000+ pds of axle grease alone inside, not to mention bulk oil storage for 50+ local companies.
