Several Positions Engineer / Specialist / Administrative

We have four open positions. One we have a candidate lined up but no commitment as of yet so I will leave that one out for now.

Here is what is available:

Industrial Controls Specialist - This is wide open as we have not even posted it online yet. This position will have responsibility for promoting and supporting the Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation line of industrial controls (push buttons, starters, breakers, etc… think panel building). They are looking for someone with a 4 year degree but good experience can trump that within this company. Since we have not posted it, here is the link for the Process position but they are essentially the same position within different automation segments.

Process Specialist - This position is a much more technically in depth position. I don’t personally have a lot of experience in this arena as it is outside what I deal with but it is a decent job that someone with knowledge of process and industrial systems can excel at. If you don’t know what I mean by process, I can define it, but this probably isn’t for you.

VMI Coordinator - This position is a new head count being added to our branch. We used to have an entire VMI team long ago but as people left they were never replaced. The company has decided we need to replace those heads and work on building our VMI business. I have a lot of information on this position as my father managed this team when I was a teenager and I absorbed a lot of his knowledge. We use a software called eTurns to manage our customers inventory and handle the daily orders. I am not yet positive what the full scope of this position will be nor does the manager that is doing the hiring, but I can give you a good overview if you are interested. This will be mostly in office work with a bit of site visits required. I would call this job a “Clerical” position but it is definitely more involved than that.

Feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them. I am an Account Manager so I will not be involved in the hiring process for these positions but I do have knowledge of them and the guy doing the hiring is a door away from me.
