I have some form of a backup in my line and my pressure washer only made it slightly better. What I need is one of these:

I hope that someone has this so I don’t need to randomly just buy one.

Any reason you don’t want to just use a snake?

This will clean the side walls and return the pipe to a “Newer” state. A snake will power through the primary blockage and open the pipe a bit but this will yield results that should last 10x as long as the pipe will be 100% cleaned. Also, I can buy this for about the same as it will cost me to rent a power snake. just figured before buying I would see if anyone else had this issue and just bought one.
