They do have prescription only pills that a doctor can prescribe. The thing is, they actually work too. I THINK they just an appetite suppressant. A lot of docs won’t even prescribe them out of principle but for some people that’s the only thing that works.
lol I was just reading a USA Today article yesterday about a poll that basically boiled down to the fatter you are the more out of touch with how fat you really are. Something like 30% of overweight people thought they were normal, 50% of obese people thought they were normal or just overweight, and 70% of morbidly obese thought they weren’t even obese.

I took that to mean that we should all start telling fat people that they’re fat, just to make sure they know.
like with a branding iron?
well, quite frankly it’s true.
In my case, I have ~ 20-23% body fat. That’s a lot of fat. However, there are LOTS of people that are way fatter than me. If I wear proper clothes, it’s hard to tell at all that I have a flabby stomach and man boobs. So, I can see how people do think that. Chances are, there is always someone out there heavier than you are.
I am all for the branding idea.
Man I feel ya on when I get stressed I like to just eat and eat. Then once you are in that habit it is tough to break the routine. I stay under ~190lbs but only because I am physically active 5-6 days a week. I had my eating in check for a few months and was down to 182 and almost had a 6 pack again! But im back to 188 now which is ok. Good luck with the keto i have never tried it but back when I was super in shape( ie 8 pack yeahhhhhh) I was a huge advocate of carb timing. Only carbs i ate was with first meal of the day no more then 1/3 of meal and right after a workout about 20-30g worth.
So I’m finishing up week 3. I think I’ve lost somewhere in the area of 7 pounds of body fat. The jeans I’m wearing this morning feel noticeably looser (I usually have to do a few squats to stretch them when they come out of the dryer, not today).
I’ve been using Fiber supplements to attempt a normal shitting routine. It helps tremendously as well as curbs an appetite pretty well.
The first 2 carb ups, I definitely went overboard. I was travelling and going out to eat. Beers, Ice cream, cake, brownies, muffins, pasta, etc… I’ve got to cut down on the carb-ups but at least I am losing. I’m travelling AGAIN for a wedding this weekend, gonna drink a ton on saturday probably, but am gonna stay away from the sweets.
I can’t really tell if I’m getting any stronger at the gym. I know this diet isn’t really for building muscle, but I feel like I HAVE to be building muscle somehow. I try to go as hard as I can at the gym and I am usually pretty sore. Not sure though, I guess time will tell.
