true. I really dont consider the diet im trying to stick with an Atkins diet… I just dont eat many carbs and still try to eat healthy foods on top of that.

:rofl:@ all the fucks that would come into Harborside and order a 1/2 lb hamburger, double cheese, double bacon, blue cheese, fried onions and fried mushrooms, with no bread and a diet coke.

here is what ive been doing… just for the hell of it.

No more alcohol!!!

when u get hungry during the day, drink water and lots of it. u will piss a ton, but it helps.
turkey sandwich on WW bread for lunch around noon.
smart ones or healthy tv dinner for dinner around 5:30.
Drink NOTHING but water.
for a snack at nights when hungry, eat some frozen fruit
(grapes, pineapple, peaches etc).

do around 50-60 crunches a day.
if you can jog, do around 1 mile a day or every other

sounds like a bitch but it isnt that bad, the only part that sucks is the first week or so your stomach hurts cause it is used to being alot more full than it really is.

ive been on it for like 2 weeks or so now and down 17lb already

i truely need to start this. my problem is that i drink ALOT of pop.

i have lost 10 lbs in the past month but that was just cutting out fast food as much as possible. when i get a job in the summer i ALWAYS lose massive weight i would like to get down to 180 then make it back up to 190 with alot of muscle but if im at 180 ill be happy (cause i know i wont work out)

Mikey, im down to 235lbs… i started out at 252-255 lbs.

Ive pretty much leved off at 235 for the moment… just need to try to squeeze in more working out now. 220 lbs is my goal…

thats awesome man. 220lbs is about what im aiming for too. We both have fairly large frames… I dont think we would look right if we weighed any less than that.

Im at about 265 right now, down from a hair over 300 when i was in college. :ugh:
