what’s funny is that he fell because he had a stroke… they tried to keep it quiet so that the Atkins diet wouldn’t fail miserably…

as for dieting, i’m just a little out of shape, but i recommend diet soda… I drink about 100 ounces of diet soda a day… the caffeine keeps you wired, it has no carbs, and having your stomach full of liquid curbs your appetite a bit… Other than that, I eat basically nothing but pizza and fried chicken… I’m sure I’m going to get cancer in fifteen different places before I’m fifty, but I’m 6’0" 175 lb.

if i do eat breakfast, its like an apple or bananna. possibly a nutri-grain bar. pop is bad. you need to stay away from saturated fats, sugars, and pointless calories.

I’m a big fan of bags of baby carrots… those little “Shortcuts” things… Sometimes I’ll eat a 1 pound bag while I deliver.

yeah, i really dont even drink that much. But a few Bombay Sapphire and Tonics ever now and then… :yum:

For a while there he did have a pretty good taste for the liquor. Those were fun times. Whitey is a riot when he’s wasted.

i’d do the whoel only drink water thing but it doesn’t qunich (sp?) my thirst at all. i know it is supposed to but i could drink a gallon and still be thirsty. i’ve been drinking unsweetened tea lately and eating the atkins shit at subway (cuz thats where i work and 6/7 days its my only meal of the day) im gonna start jogging tomorrow so hopefully in a week or 2 ill have some results right now im 230-245 range depends if its a good or bad week.lol

the water isnt to quench thirst, its a substitute to quench hunger by filling your stomach. to not make you hungry

Taco can corroborate this, as my dad uhhhhh… “tracked him down” and drug him and my other friend out of this 20 year old we knew’s house down the road and dragging their drunk asses back to their houses and informing their parents of exactly what had transpired.
