OK … so I need to find out what is the best thing for me to eat before a big day of drinking … Im doing the rogotta on saturday and will start drinking about 7am(ish) till at least noon

The best thing to do is keep snacking while you are drinking. Drink your beer/wine/liquor from light to dark and get a glass of water in every now and then.
Anything “substantial” should help. Steak and potato sounds about right. Eggs and toast would be another good option. Pizza. Oatmeal with fruit and nuts. Anything with some carbs/fiber and protein. Not like donuts or other sweets. That stuff gets broken down too fast. You want something that’s going to stay in your stomach and fuel you while the alcohol and the water tries to lull you to sleep.
Or worse you’ll blow steak, homefries, eggs, and toast all over the creek. That’ll hurt your chances at getting to make baby4door #11 when you get home. Women don’t like a man who pukes.
