I heard something the other day that pornographic picture and video messages of themselves are a common thing now to be traded amoungst kids on a regular basis.
Personally i think the whole statiory(sp?) rape thing should be thrown out. if there was no evidence that the act was forced and the parents want to press charges, fine but the state shouldn’t be allowed to press charges on their own unless it really was a rape case.

I mean it’s the same in that the 14 year old, be it male or female, only has 14 years of knowledge, experience, and wisdom to draw from when deciding whether or not to have sex.
