“Ricer of the Month” - with reader submitted photos would be F’n hilarious.
Idea is good, but I’m not so sure there would be enough reader generated material to keep a section in the paper going. Maybe a thread on the forum however.

that would be funny, although taking pictures of a ricer’s car would make them feel like they’re doing a good job :lol
Instead of limiting it to a ricer of the month you could create a wall of shame and monitor horrible cars in the area, see if others can track the same horrible vehicles down and get more pictures and then vote on the worst ones(after enough examples have been gathered.)
