yah. I ran a 12.7 @ 115 N/A before I tried to spray. I tried several runs to spray, and my nitrous wasnt working. Over a hour later in the parking lot with trial and error going through my whole kit, I replaced a blown fuse and gave it another run. I was expecting for the spray to not work because the nitrous tests werent working in the parking lot.
2.2 60’ and the nitrous kicked in…that was the 11.9 @ 122
I did like 5 n/a runs and a few of the runs I cut 1.8 60’s but always missed 2nd. My 12.7 @ 115 was with a 2.29 60’. If I didnt miss second, with the 1.8 60’, a 12.0 was doable N/A IMO.
then after the 100 shot run, I got greedy and put in the 150. Came out with a 1.9 60’ and 2nd, I wasnt movin. 3rd, still not moving until the top of the power band. Hit 4th and it took off. That was 12.2 @ 127 LOL
after that, the clutch didnt even hold n/a. Spanked it. Car doesnt move.
I am pretty confident with the new clutch and the 150 shot, spraying out of the hole I can come home with a 10.x slip @ 128+. All nitrous runs discussed above were spraying 2nd, 3rd and 4th. I actually had the spray shutting off at 6500rpms also…I was going through the traps at 6800…so I could get more out of it in each gear if I raised my window.
Ugh that sucks! I need to get mine back together, just had way too much shit going on. That is the range I am hoping to be at time wise (with slicks) IF I get it done and don’t have more bad luck. I ran 11.8@116 before with a 1.6x 60ft at the track in a 91 GT so I’m sure that is possible NA with a good clutch and traction.
