Paid time off = money.

I can’t imagine a worker at 8 years service getting more than 3-4 weeks vacation but there are extra days for the bullshit holidays. Still, the salary should still be lower than what you’d make at other places but I guess it depends on what you do.

I’d NEVER EVER work at the state. I’ve worked with too many to know.

Gets 6 weeks off a year and thats just vacation.

Has 245 sick days currently.
