I recently picked up a couple pairs of Allen Edmund’s and I want to be sure to polish them at least once a week. Keep em looking fresh.
Do any of you gentlemen recommend a product/kit/method?

You are gonna ask these schmoes?
kiwi cotton balls and water is all you’ll need
i prefer a 100% cotton cloth to the cotton balls … more water less polish get’s the best shine once you’ve polished them a few times
Kiwi and a brush works well. Although the military guy would know best.
What they said.
And Mr. Clean Magic Eraser for scuffs. I swear to God.
mr clean magic erasers can remove genital warts
Kiwi blows!!!
Lincoln wax is all I ever used while I was in the military,
i don’t remember what polish i use but i like using the soft brush more than just cotton balls/rags, they come out better. buuuttt that could just be because it makes it easier? idk
If you can’t afford both, just get one.
i also used kiwi, water, and balls of fresh sexy cotton. be sure to get the fresh sexy ones. They heat the wax up.
Parade gloss, or Lincoln wax, both put a pretty nice shine on. Of course, I’m sure he’s not gonna polish the shit out of his toes and heals and let the rest look just ok. He just wants to keep em black and kinda shiny.
eww parade gloss always looked like crap. it had that wannabe shine. i enjoyed the mirror shine i had going on.
My jump boots from my stint in the 82nd still look like glass after 4 years of not being used, parade gloss baby. Using a heat gun on your boots, will allow it to literally drink up half a can of Kiwi, and let it cool and then buff. Lasts forever. All it needs is a little touch up from scuffs.
Yea parade gloss was a wannabe shine I like my kiwi black + a light + spit and one of my original brown t-shirts. Shined better than my car after getting detailed
Good thing I’m in air craft maintenance so crawling on the ground under the plane and what not the boots see polish once a month. Just to keep them looking black
You do realize that parade gloss was is just higher luster Kiwi product right, not talkin about leather luster.
Don’t worry, you can get your green funky boots soon enough.
+1 Kiwi and a brush
Hey, Tommy, if I was gonna break your balls, I’d tell you to go home and get your shine box.
yep, as most said: kiwi, cotton, water.
Kiwi, Light it on fire; put it out and apply. Then buff with water and and buff out with a cotton cloth and/or a piece of womans nylons.
Can make Leather shoes look like Corfams.
ah the military knowledge in this thread is overwhelming
I don’t like the texture of the parade gloss especially on larger pore leather boots.
I’m excited for my green boots
