^^^ omg, if she calls you about her car problems as it is, and you sell her your car, do yourself a favor and shoot yourself in the head shortly after youve received payment …
she’ll walk out to the eclipse one morning, it wont start on the first try, but start perfect on the second try, and she’ll be calling you to ask if its ever happened to you, and if its a problem… and what you would do in teh same situation …
No to the payments thing unless she does it via loan through a bank. As long as it’s in good shape, there shouldn’t be too many issues. Mostly thought I’m with the don’t sell to a friend bandwagon due to potential headaches and the amount of money involved.
another thing is that if something goes seriously wrong with the car(murphys law), shes gonna come to you all flipping a shit and say she wants her money back, she will expect that you will give her the money back. I just think that if she wants one that she should have you help her look for a different one just so that u dont get held accountable
i sold my car to a friend, and everytime he broke something he called me…but that ended after a month…and i thought i would be sad to see it, but when u get a BETTER car, u dont even think about it - For 9k? DO IT
Well, she’s going to the bank this week i guess. But grandma has to co-sign (no credit) So we’ll see what happens. I’m still undecided with what i want to do.
If your friend is really that annoying/stupid whereas she thinks it will be your problem, then the question isn’t “should I sell her the new car” it should be “what’s the best way to make new friends”
