I dunno about mid 13s unless the car weighed 2200lbs W/driver on 22" slicks like nick riley’s beer can.
14 flat would be more like it.
If you do 12.5:1 pistons without big cams and/or a sereous standalone, you’re going to blow it the hell up.
his big problem is going to be Traction… 14 flat all motor is still impressive for a neon tho
