I love how the prosecutor threw in " 17 military ammo containers". So if Im using said "military " ammo container to store survival gear (that doesnt go bang or boom) in case I get stuck on the side of the road in the middle of winter, does that then mean that If I got pulled over and the cop looked into my trunk and saw that container, that I can then be searched / detained, under the guise that i am a public threat? Oh wait, or is the fact that I called it “survival gear” bad enough? Just wondering?

But ya the dude seemed like a bit of a quack. Specially since he was firing weapons in the third floor of his house, and yacking about martial law. Also what is an “illegal ballistics plate”. On a side note I dont think the guys wife had anything to worry about. After all he, did have 2 kevlar vests, and 2 kevlar helmets. Although Im willing to bet that it was only a matter of time until he decided to practice his grenade throwing in his 3’rd floor loft.
But I also do think that the news coverage in this case was skewed a bit against the guy.
